Meet the Team
Debbie Lardiere, Office Manager
Debbie has 15 years experience in the medical/dental field. She has been on our team for the past 9 years. She is in charge of all Dr. Krause's financial accounts, staff schedules, and mostly making sure the office runs smoothly. Having two children of her own, Debbie knows how to approach the adolescent patients with a "mom's touch." she was also a patient of Dr. Krause's as an adult, so she is the person to ask any question about the process. She is also the one who deals with the insurance and all patients accounts in the office.
Carly DeCotiis, Receptionist
Carly began in our office 7 years ago as a high school student. She is the one who makes appointments, answers the phone, and types all Dr. Krause's case reports. Carly has a BA in Psychology and is currently in school for her Master's Degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology.
Alexsia Gailliot, COA, RDA
Alexsia has been with us for 9 years. She is our clinical coordinator. Her primary responsibilities are as a chairside assistant, to order all clinical supplies, and to make sure Dr. Krause runs on time. Alexsia also takes all our patients' digital photos. She is always available to answer any questions patients may have.
Carolyn Estes, COA, RDA
Carolyn has been in our office for 7 years as a chairside assistant. Aside from that she is also the one who takes new patient examinations with the doctor. If you have a child who is hesitant to come in, she is the one you talk to. Carolyn has a 7 year old son and knows exactly what to say to the kids. She brings humor to our office in a professional manner.
Janet Alva, CDA, RDA
Janet is from Peru where she was a graduate of a dental school there. We have been lucky to have her on staff for a little over a year. Janet is a great asset to our office and is in charge of all our lab appliances. She is currently applying to dental schools in hopes to one day become a dentist or maybe even an orthodontist.
